Beta And Research Purpose

Smart Hajj and the Hajj Health Gateway system are provided for internal beta testing, demonstrations, and research feasibility work. Access may be limited to invited testers, project team members, and approved collaborators.

No Medical Advice Or Emergency Use

The app is not a medical diagnostic device, emergency response service, or clinical monitoring system. Do not use Smart Hajj as the sole basis for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or qualified medical personnel.

Acceptable Use

When using the beta, you agree to:

• Use the app only for authorized pilot testing or approved research work.
• Avoid entering directly identifying personal information unless the project has an approved protocol for doing so.
• Report bugs, safety concerns, data exposure concerns, and unexpected behavior to the project team.
• Respect Apple TestFlight rules and any institutional research requirements that apply to your use.

Prototype Availability

The app, website, BLE firmware, and server may change, be unavailable, or contain bugs. Features may be modified or removed while the system is being tested.

Data And Privacy

Use of Smart Hajj is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Test data may include prototype health-related measurements, device metadata, app settings, and server logs as described there.

Intellectual Property

The Smart Hajj app, firmware, server code, website, documentation, names, and logos are provided for the project purpose. Do not copy, redistribute, or present the system as a validated medical product without written authorization from the project owner and any required institutional approval.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project moves from internal beta testing toward any broader pilot, study, or public release.
